FOR SCHOOLS
- Do you have a vacancy for a teacher in your school – permanent or fixed term? There are over 2500 teachers currently registered on our teacher database, with over 1500 providing a profile of their experience, teaching level etc
- You can undertake teacher searches of our database – using your criteria – location, etc, and then invite qualifying teachers to apply.
- You can place an advertisement for your vacancy and have it "online" in a matter of minutes - this is searchable by teachers.
- Schools and teachers interact directly, without recruitment agency involvement. There are no agency fees. You only pay for advertising your vacancy – cost is much less than print media – you pay by invoice, not over the Internet.
FOR TEACHERS
- You can register free of charge
- You can post a confidential summary of your skills, qualifications, preferred location(s) etc—this is searchable by schools and EC employers who have a vacancy.
- Schools and EC employers will contact you advising you of their interest (through TRS to protect your confidentiality). You then choose—apply directly for the job; OR communicate with the School or EC organisation to get more information; OR do nothing—your call!
- At no stage are your personal details made available to anyone unless you choose to make them available
