School coordinator / principal. A state-integrated Waldorf full primary school with 7 classes and 5 kindergarten groups situated on the Kapiti Coast. Essential requirements: demonstrated cooperative, inclusive leadership ability in a self-managed organisation, coupled with social competence; profound understanding of Waldorf education; Waldorf training and teaching experience; NZ teacher registration (or other teaching qualification enabling you to obtain registration); and administrative (preferably also including financial management) experience within a Waldorf school context.
