A classroom poster with examples of learning progress from Year 1 to 8 is available. Schools are using the A1 poster (order number 700076) for display and the A2 poster (700077) as the basis for discussions among teachers, parents, families, whānau and students.
Coming in August – parent information and tips
Eight fold-out sheets describing what children are working towards for each standard (in reading, writing and mathematics for years 1 to 8) are being developed. These are for teachers to use in discussions with parents, families, whānau and students. The fold-out sheets also explore how parents can support their child’s learning at home.
