Advertising conditions

All advertising must be received 10 days before the print publication date

We supply one proof of your display advertisment artwork (if produced in-house) before publication. Secondary amendments made at this stage will be chargeable at full production costs.

Cancelled adverts

You cannot cancel your contracted advertisements two days beyond booking deadline. This means if the booking deadline is Thursday it must be cancelled before Friday.

Overdue material

If we don’t receive the final advertising material before the material deadline, we will charge for the space you have booked.

Accepting advertising copy

All advertisement copy is subject to the publisher’s approval and we reserve the right to reject any advertisement or copy.

Indemnity

The advertiser must ensure their advertisement complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any amendments to the Act.

All advertisements are accepted for publication on the condition the advertiser indemnify the publisher and its staff against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/or damages resulting from anything published on behalf of the advertiser.

Invoicing and payment

We will invoice you once the publication has gone to print. Payment is due 30 days from print publication. See print dates.
